Sean Lyons has always had a strong interest in the property market. After 24 years in computing and project management within the Telecommunications and Public Health sectors, he decided to pursue a career change. In 2005, Sean began working as an estate agent, focusing on properties in and around Galway City. By late 2006, he became self-employed, specialising in the sale of all types of property in both Galway City and County areas.

As the property market recovered following the 2008 crash, Sean identified opportunities to streamline operations and enhance client value. He adopted a virtual office model to reduce costs and improve efficiency, which laid the foundation for the rebranding of his business. This vision has led to the creation of Fee Savers Property Sales.

Fee Savers Property Sales offers a low fixed fee for all residential property sales, allowing clients to enjoy greater value and a higher return on their investments. Sean explains:

Sean is married to Eileen, who plays an integral role in the business as Finance Director. Together, they are dedicated to delivering excellent service to their clients.
